Synopsis:

Two-Face surfaces once again, and Batman vows to capture his one-time friend and return him to custody. Batman and Robin split up to stake out two possible crime scenes, leaving Batman to face Two-Face alone. Two-Face doesn't know what to do when his coin lands on its edge, so he flees when Robin makes an untimely entrance. Later, the villain lures Batman into a trap, but Batman is again saved by a coin that curiously also lands on its edge. 

Note: During the original Batman television series run, legendary science-fiction writer Harlan Ellison turned in an outline for a story that would have introduced Two-Face. The story never made it to air. This is that story adapted by Len Wein.  This issue also includes the original Harlan Ellison story, (text only) and the original pencils of Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez.
